中国碳达峰碳中和与能源发展战略的认识与思考Understandings and thinkings of China's carbon peaking,carbon neutrality and energy development strategies

摘要(Abstract)：
碳达峰碳中和是建设具有中国特色社会主义强国大业的重要战略目标之一。中国现代能源体系的要求是“清洁、低碳、安全、高效”，其中能源安全关乎国家安全。开展碳达峰碳中和与能源发展战略研究，已成为中国能源科技工作者面前的重要任务。通过碳达峰与碳中和战略及路径研究、“双碳”目标下的能源战略、建设能源强国等多个项目的研究，得出碳达峰碳中和研究的基本理念、基本认识、数据预测、情景分析、实现路径和战略举措。
